What you get

Tell us the numbers

The date, roughly how many, and the age range. We hold the karts and the briefing room.

Send the forms

Every student gets their own link. A parent fills it in and signs the waiver, and you watch the list fill up instead of collecting paper.

On the day

The briefing room first, then out in groups so nobody is standing around. Everything is provided except closed shoes.

Results

Every student gets their lap times, and you get one results page for the newsletter.

The room. You get the briefing room for half an hour before you go out, so the racing and the eating are not the same forty minutes.

A host runs it. Somebody from the venue is on your group from the door to the trophies, which means you get to watch it rather than organise it.

Before the day

The forms are done before you arrive.

Once the date is booked, every guest gets their own link. Whoever opens it fills in one driver and signs the waiver, on their phone, in about a minute.

For anybody under age that is a parent or guardian signing, which is the bit that otherwise holds up a queue of twelve on the morning. You watch the list fill in as they come back.

Anybody who has not done it signs at the tablet when they arrive, which takes a couple of minutes each. Nothing breaks, it is just slower.

How do we make sure our group races together?

Book everyone in one transaction to guarantee the same session time. Want the track to yourselves? Choose a party package.

How old do you need to be?

Hire karts: 10 and over, and at least 150 cm tall so you can reach the pedals safely. Race karts and enduros: 15 and over. Friday Night League juniors are 10 to 16.

What happens if it rains?

We race in the wet. A bit of drizzle just makes it a different track. If conditions become unsafe, we move your booking to another available date. Bookings aren’t refunded because of weather.

Can I get a refund?

Bookings are non-refundable. If we close the track for safety, we’ll happily rebook you. If a refund is ever agreed, a 15% administration fee applies. Full details are in our booking terms.
