The track to your group, a practice session, a race and a final, and lap times nobody can argue with. Everybody pays for their own seat through one link, so you are not the person chasing eleven mates for money the week before.

What you get

A bucks and hens day, start to finish

From $175 per person. 6 drivers minimum, up to 24. Ring 0474 454 364 if your group is bigger than that and we will work it out.

Book the date

You book the karts. Nothing is charged for the seats you are not paying for.

Send one link

Everybody gets the same link, picks their seat and pays for it at the same price you would have. Whoever has not paid by the deadline loses the seat, and it goes back on the board.

Race day

Practice to learn it, a race to sort the order out, and a final. Every lap timed.

Afterwards

The room is yours for an hour, and the results go out to everybody so it can carry on in the group chat.

The room. You get the room for an hour afterwards, so the racing and the eating are not the same forty minutes.

Surcharges. Sundays, public holidays and December bookings carry a 10% surcharge, and the price you are quoted already has it in.

The money

Everybody pays their own seat.

You book the karts and send one link round. Each of them opens it, picks a seat and pays for it, at exactly the price you would have paid: the same checkout, the same number, no booking fee for going second.

Anybody who has not paid by the deadline loses their seat and it goes back on the board, so the venue is not holding a kart for somebody who was never coming and you are not out of pocket for them.

How do we make sure our group races together?

Book everyone in one transaction to guarantee the same session time. Want the track to yourselves? Choose a party package.

Can we have a drink before we race?

No. Alcohol before or during karting is strictly forbidden. Breaches mean on-the-spot cancellation, cancellation of your annual licence and a track ban. Save it for after.

What happens if it rains?

We race in the wet. A bit of drizzle just makes it a different track. If conditions become unsafe, we move your booking to another available date. Bookings aren’t refunded because of weather.

Can I get a refund?

Bookings are non-refundable. If we close the track for safety, we’ll happily rebook you. If a refund is ever agreed, a 15% administration fee applies. Full details are in our booking terms.

Are there any surcharges?

Arrive & Drive and party packages carry a 10% surcharge on Sundays, public holidays and in December. Corporate Grand Prix packages carry 10% in December.
